Dementia Care

Our dementia and Alzheimer’s training equips us with the skills and resources to support and care for your loved one through all the difficult, daunting and sometimes scary changes that follow a diagnosis.

We support the family as well as the service user, enabling the service user to remain at home and working together with the family to ensure best possible quality of life.

Respite Care

When a person’s care needs change or a carer needs a break, our care workers can step in for as little as 12 hours to look after your loved one without the need for residential care.

Many people use this service as a way to trial live-in care and see if it’s a realistic alternative to residential care.

I have been visited by carers from Hope Homecare for the last five years, mainly to care for my diabetes and leg ulcers I suffer from and to change my support stockings. It's a pleasure to welcome them into my home.
