When a person’s care needs change or a carer needs a break, our care workers can step in for as little as 12 hours to look after your loved one without the need for residential care.
Many people use this service as a way to trial live-in care and see if it’s a realistic alternative to residential care.
Our live-in care workers provide 24-hour care, assistance and support necessary for a patient to continue living their chosen lifestyle in their own home.
This service includes personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and monitoring, getting out and about and housekeeping.
We provide kind and compassionate care to individuals and their families during the last months or years of their life.
Depending on the individual’s wishes, we’ll support them and ensure they spend the end of their life with dignity, feeling comfortable, safe and supported.
Receiving nursing care at home allows individuals to manage their health in a familiar and comforting environment.
Our team also supports prescriptions management, liaising with clinicians and services to ensure the right treatments are given at the right time.
