Gail Maimbolwa co-founded Hope Homecare Services Limited with her mother, Gladys in 2013, sharing a vision to provide exceptional, person-centred care for their local community. Originally working as an accountant in central London with AAT qualifications and plans to complete ACCA, Gail discovered her calling in health and social care while working as a part-time carer. Inspired by her passion for making a difference, she transitioned fully into the care sector, and the company was born.
In 2018, Gail took on the dual responsibilities of managing the business and caring for her mother during her battle with breast cancer. Following her mother’s passing in 2019, Gail stepped into the role of Registered Manager, continuing her mother’s legacy while driving the company forward with unwavering dedication and compassion.
